This week we learned Pashas Noach.
Noach and his wife Naama had an important job to do. They were the only ones in the world acting morally and Hashem asked for a Teiva (boat) to be built for them and 7 of each Kosher animal and 2 of each non- kosher animal while there will be a big mabul (flood).
Using our fingers to practicing counting during the Parsha show.
Placing the right number of kosher animals into the Teiva.
Helping all the animals head into the second floor of the Teiva. Noach and his family lived on the top floor and all the garbage were on the bottom floor.
Our friends were very helpful creating the Noach bulletin board. Ayal, feeling very big using a hammer to put our big boat up!
Making a beautiful 3d water scene for our bulletin board.
We created our own Teivas.
Showing each other our work..
While learning about the big Mabul (flood) that Hashem sent we took this opportunity to learn about what makes something sink or float at our sensory table.
Our big idea this week is what happened AFTER the flood. When Noach came out, Hashem showed him a big rainbow which signified his job now in the world. To fill the world with light and colorful Mitzvahs.
Eli matching color mitzvahs to the beautiful rainbow.
Creating rainbow hats with our Mitzvah notes attached!
Ariella is like the beautiful rainbow filled with so many beautiful Mitzvahs.
Just like Noach and his family who took good care of the animals in the Teiva we take good care of our pet bearded dragon. Making sure he gets sunlight and feed.
Working together!
Making our own challah dough for Shabbos!
