This week at Gan we learned about Parshas Lech Lecha. Avraham, the first Jew discovered who Hashem is and made it his mission to help the people of the world recognize the greatness of Hashem.
Is Hashem the sun? Is He the moon? Our friends knew right away how silly that sounded.
Taking the Avraham puppet around the classroom and showing where Hashem is! He is everywhere, so they had fun finding anything in the class they wanted! Yocheved Sara, said Hashem is in the library pillow. Levi, showed us the magnet toy.
We also learned Hashem gave Avraham a beautiful blessing. His future offspring will be as many as the sand on the ground and the stars in the sky!
Eli, trying to count the sand which was so hard to do.
The beautiful stars in the sky remind us how many the Jewish people will become!
We each are one of those STARS!!
We invited each friend to get a personal song and special ride! Their faces said it all!
Working hard on our star hats and playing with sand in our sensory table.
Using our imagination with kinetic sand.
Friends davening together.
The boys were all matching one day in their blue shirts and black pants!
Our seven days of creation bulletin board!
Thank you Rabbi Lang for coming in and saying special Torah Pesukim for those effected by the fire.
