Happy Tu B'shvat!

This week's Torah portion of Beshalach,  the Jewish people miraculously walked through the sea that Hashem split for them.
Nachshon was a great model by being the first person to trust Hashem that it WILL split and he walked in the sea up until his nose and than Hashem split the waters!

The Jewish women, believed all along that Hashem would save them so they had their tamborines with them when they left Mitzrayim. After the splitting of the sea they broke out in song and dance thanking Hashem.
This Shabbos is called Shabbos Shira- Song!

We made our own tambourines and drew what Mitzvah they wanted to do to bring the redemption we are all waiting for!

Making the splitting of the sea scene .

Tu B'shvat!
This week we celebrated the birthday of the Trees!
A person is like a tree and we made a beautiful canvas showcasing our whole family.

Using leaves our friends were quite creative making them into people! It was fun to see how their picture matched their personality!

Working together on a puzzle.

English Academics we are learning about life cycles by planting sunflowers.

Sorting living and non living things.

Team building activity working on our colors.

We had so much fun at our Grandparents event on Tu B'shvat!

We want to wish a happy 5th birthday to Leah!
