This week we learned about Parshat Noach.
Noach and Naama taught us what happened so long ago when Hashem needed to wash the whole world.

On Monday morning we had some rain ! Thank you Hashem for helping us teach about the rain to these California children who don't get to experience it that often;)!
What do we need when it rains? Eliara, creating rain sound with her rains stick from home. Juda, showing us an umbrella can help us out!
In Parshat Noach, Hashem sent a 'Mabul' a flood to wash the world clean that needed something more to protect Noach and Naama.

Water inspired art using sprayers.

Creating our own rain sticks. Figuring out on our own how much we want to put inside.

Hashem told Noach to build a Teiva- a boat.
Our friends came up and helped us create three layers. It took a lot of hard work for Noach to build this!

Zak, picking out an animal he wanted to put on the Teiva.

Tehilla, matching the people on the top floor, animals on the second and trash all the way on the bottom.

Making our own Teiva crafts and trying to name the animal stickers.

There is no better way to learn about Parshat Noach and all the animals that were on the boat than inviting actual animals for us to learn about!
Morah America, brought her parrot!
The highlight was when she started dancing to our songs!
A dog named Oreo came to have some fun with us. She was so cozy and friendly.

Two chickens came to visit. Cocoa and peeps. We learned what they like to eat and when they lay their eggs.

Thank you Shlomi and his family for bringing in baby goats. They were so sweet and they loved to let us feed them.

Watching the care and gentleness our friends showed our two visitors.

When the rain stopped and it was time to come out of the Teiva, Hashem showed Noach a rainbow! This rainbow represented it was now time to fill the world with Mitzvahs and Hashem will not send a Mabul again.
Matching our colors at the light table.

Aftercare fun!
Fun racing in pairs of two! A lot of communication was needed.
Taking care of each other.

We love our pre-Shabbos Rallies!
