Monday was Tu B'shvat, and what better way to celebrate the birthday of the trees than to head to the park and eat the special fruits of Eretz Yisroel right under the tree!

This week we began an exciting new unit of Study based on the famous, "Rainbow Fish" book. In true Gan Style, we have taken it to a whole new level...stay tuned for next weeks blog post showcasing how our children have taken life lessons from this beautiful piece of literature.
