Mitzvahs on the move! A car that goes far!

 This weeks Book Buddy:

A Car That Goes Far tells the story of a young boy whose family uses their small car to give rides and help family, friends, and others whenever they can. πŸš—πŸ’™
As the boy watches his father's kindness, he learns that even ordinary things, like a car, can be used to do good deeds and help others. 🀝✨
The story teaches children the importance of generosity, sharing what they have, and looking for opportunities to perform acts of kindness (mitzvos). 🌟

We made a "Mitzvah Mural" with a road going around town, inviting the children to draw onto the buildings the mitzvah's that can be done at each stop! From the hospital, to the bakery to the fire station!

We learned the colors of traffic lights, Green means GO- lets GO to do a Mitzvah!

For our journals the children were invited to draw their dream car!
We also had fun painting toilet paper roll cars!

On the theme of cars, we did our own mitzvah right in our backyard,

by washing Morah Leah's MiniVan!

We worked together to scrub, soap and shine the car!

Chicken Friends!

Holding, petting, and caring for animals is more than just fun—it helps children build gentle hands, empathy, confidence, responsibility, and respect for living creatures. We enjoyed every moment of our Chicken Play time!

Fridays are Challah-Days!

Making challah is more than just baking—it builds fine motor skills, strengthens hand muscles and teaches children to follow directions and work patiently. Most importantly, it gives them a meaningful

connection to Shabbos and the joy of creating something with their own hands.

Have a wonderful Shabbos!
