This week in camp we had a yummy and fun time exploring mitzvas we do with our mouth.
We got to taste healthy fruits and vegetables and we made sure to thank Hashem with a Bracha. Thank you 'Ventura County Farm To Table' for bringing in the produce! We played a fun "Eat the Rainbow" game which taught us about how each colored fruit or vegetable helps our body to do different things.
Axel putting the banana on the brain- did you know yellow fruits and vegetables help us have a good memory!
Yossi enjoying a carrot- orange is good for our eyes!
Tal enjoying some fun sensory play painting with spaghetti
We have been working on our beautiful mitzvah books!
What a fun bubble day!
We had a special rally in our class for Gimmel Tammuz a day that commemorates the day we no longer got to see the the Rebbe (the leader of Chabad) Without the Rebbe we wouldn't even have this camp! His presence and outlook on this works is alive more than ever throughout the world!
Decorating brachos cards, we have been learning all about the different brachos for each food at snack and lunch time.
What fun experimenting with colored vinegar and baking soda!
Happy stamping!
Ariella enjoying the fun ride we got to go on outside of camp! That was a fun surprise!
Chana, loving our new water play toy and Theo making bubbles!
Thank you to Theo's mother, Dr. Janna Gorinstein from Pure Dental Camarillo for coming to visit us and teach us how important it is to take care of what's IN our mouth, our teeth!
