3 Miracles and a wedding!

This week's Parsha is Chaya Sara.

We learned about the three miracles that happened for Sara.

 

Her Shabbos candles stayed lit all week long!

We watched what happens when we lit candles and we saw them melt.

While talking about fire and candles we learned about fire safety. If G-d forbid there  was fire on us we STOP DROP and ROLL.

Our friends, listened to what a fire alarm sounds like and what we do to make sure we are safe if we have to leave.

Sara's Challah was fresh all week long!

While talking about Challah we did a science experiment with yeast. One bottle had yeast and water the other just water we watched the balloon puff up just like Challah rises when we use yeast.

Inside the tent we placed a challah play dough center to practice our baking skills.

We love being part of making the Challah dough for our class!

There was a cloud on top of Avraham and Sara's tent to show Hashem was so close to them!

Avraham and Sara had a son named Yitzchak who married Rivka in this week's Parsha. 

We celebrated with a mock wedding to learn all about a Jewish wedding.

Making sure our garden is watered is an important job our friends do.
