(When Leana walked into the classroom, the children who have been in school started cheering. "we want Yoga, we want yoga!" They absolutely love it and its so good for them!)

| The first step was breathing. They picked the bumble bee breath. Leana asked them what makes them happy. some of the cute responses; (or asked later;) cooper: my bike Healey: me menucha; mommy Caleb: Thomas levi: mommy Ellah: Ima Rochel: Mushka they were to think of what makes them happy as they breath. |
