This week we learned about the Hebrew month of Elul. The month before Rosh Hashanah when we prepare ourselves for the Jewish new year.
Hashem, our King is waiting and wanting to hear from us.
The parable used is like a King being in his palace not so approachable, but when he comes out to his people anyone can ask him what they need.
Ayal and Yosef role playing what it's like to try to get into the palace. Levi, wanted to give the king a ball but had to get special permission and escorted by Ayal the gaurd.
We then headed out to our back field and the King was right there!
Our friends had a chance to ask for what they wanted!
Yocheved Sara getting to have a conversation with Eli who was the King!
Palace inspired sensory play with kinetic sand and gems.
Bringing outside in by cutting banana leaves and Tal practicing his cutting skills using playdough.
Our garden has been producing delicious grapes!
We have been enjoying them so much!
Our Gan family photo album is such a great place to come visit and connect to our friends.
Fun in the sandbox together.
Have a peaceful Shabbos!
