Bonfires and second chances!

This week, we talked about two important dates on the Hebrew calendar. The first was Pesach Sheni, a special day that reminds us it's never too late for a second chance. On this day, people who couldn’t bring the Korban Pesach at the right time got another opportunity a month later. To remember this, we eat matzah!

The second date was Lag BaOmer, a very happy day when we celebrate the life of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, who taught deep secrets of the Torah. We also remember that the students of Rabbi Akiva stopped getting sick on this day. It’s a time for bonfires, music, joy, and Ahavat Yisrael—loving every Jew!
A heart full of mitzvos!

It was so special to celebrate Lag BaOmer together! We gathered around a big bonfire, sang songs, and enjoyed delicious marshmallows with our friends.

We tried different breathing techniques, like hot and cool breathing.

Making bows and arrows out of floss and rubber bands was such a fun activity and a great way to practice fine motor skills. Mendy got 100 points!
